Welcome!
Welcome to this site on regaining strength in the ankle after a sprain. Sprained ankles are common in badminton and can reoccur if not treated properly, leading to a chronically weak or unstable ankle which will hamper your game and your enjoyment of your sport.
This site contains detail and pictures of graded exercises that will help you regain motion and strength right from the day of injury up to a point where you can walk unaided, gently jog in a straight line and balance on one leg, at which point you can find an athletic trainer, sports therapist or coach to help make the last transition into safely and strongly playing badminton once more.
It also has some advice about reducing the effects of the injury in the first few days.
