Onwards towards Badminton!
Once you have managed all the exercises in this programme you will be strong enough to start doing some exercises that are less like PE class and more like the sport you enjoy!
It is advisable to keep up specific instructed training so finding a sports therapist or physiotherapist who can guide you safely through more active rehabilitation and preparation for badminton matches is very important.
It would be sad to rush back to play now and undo all your hard work with an injury on your first sidestep or approach to the net!
With a bit more rehabilitation you will soon be as good, if not better and stronger than you were before and back on the court. So, keep going and the best of luck!
